Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (within the United States)

All orders will be processed within 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Once processed, orders are shipped from California via United States Postal Service and are generally received within 2 to 5 business days. 

Emerald Herb Co is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as service interruptions or lost / stolen / damaged packages. Therefore, Navidium Package Protection is recommended and will automatically be selected at checkout.

We currently do not ship to the following states due to legislation: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island

We do not ship outside of the United States
